Hello to all. I'm off on hols today so this is just a short post. I've not read the threads for a few days so I'm not up to date with news. I hope all are fit and well. Have a good week, and I hope the sun shines for the half term hols wherever you are! See you next w/e.

We had a good morning. Went on a trian ride to Frome and went shopping in Lidls! Then to waste nearly an hour we popped into the diy shop opposite the station! Bought some flower seeds half price so i was happy.

Have had a good tidy round in the kitchen and shined the sink and done a big pile of ironing since we got back. Still some ironing to do but i am bored of it now.

I really should do something with the front room. It is a terrible mess.

Not sure...I won't take them on my own...its in the community centre. If Dh finishes in time we might go for a few hours.

Front room is now tidy and hoovered.

The seeds are have are sweet pea/nasturtium mix and Lobelia/busy lizzie mix.

Shit! DD1 just fell down the stairs. She seems to be ok though. Poor thing.

I did a fair bit of FLYing today, spurred on by an unexpected visit from the man from the tv shop, coming to tune in the new tv I got for the dds (I bought them ex rental tv and video and couldn't get the video tuned in)

I have plans to take the dc to aa activity afternoon in the town tomorrow, but it probably won't be great as it looks like wind and rain all day, so we will be in the museum making our own aboriginal artwork.

I'm filling up my calendar for next week, so may not be around as much as usual. DP is also off this week so I will be trying to pretend that I don't check mumsnet every 15 mins throughout the entire day
