Tell me about your porridge pan? I destroy them so quickly!

I used to have a combination stick blender/hand mixer. So sad when it dies and I had to replace it with two separate gadgets.

Kenwood mixer. My DH was aghast at the cost of a good one (£500), but I managed to get a similar one for a fraction of the cost, with lots of discount vouchers.

Electric carving knife. We have an ancient one which probably wouldn't pass an electrical safety test, but it's very useful to us!

Also my grandmother swore by a standalone single gas hob she had, alongside her electric cooker. It was regularly condemned and disconnected by gas inspectors, but she would just reconnect it and carry on using it.

Is NutriNinja any good please? We are currently thinking about it.
