Good morning everybody! Another fantastic day out there and I hope everybody is feeling well and any little ones have perked up. Will be bsck later after the school run.

luda Does your village end in s or in d? I can never remember. Ds might be going to the big hall on Fri night to perform. Is that your neck of the woods or do I have the wrong village? Dd reckons she is going to be in the police, you know. Hmmmmm. Thinking about it, the most dangerous girl in my class with a hockey stick has spent her whole career in the police. Perhaps that's the sort of thing you want to do if you've got a bit of spark. I used to think of joining the police, too.

Off to see if the kids have sorted out their rooms yet. Doubt it, somehow!

Evening all

Have done virtally nothing today, really slacked off, oh well there will be a huge list for me to do tomorrow. DD is now home from Llandudno and she is throughly worn out, was in bed at 7pm!

The back garden has started to take shape now and we have been and got the paving slabs that were needed to finish it off.

Well, I'm off for tonight. Have a good evening one and all. Will be back tomorrow and it will be a case of me tackling one room at a time.

hi everyone. this afternoon and evening went on forver as dd2 affected by her jabs and very sad. finally got her to bed at 8.40pm and have put the rubbish out for tomorrow's collection. i've shined my sink for the first time in ages.

welcome lucyellensmum. we're not all mad, just a bit lost when it comes to housework and tbh it is much easier when someone else just tells you what to do....

DD1 has been much brighter this afternoon. Fingers crossed she is over it now. Sh had toast and a yog for tea and scoffed it down.

Poor DD2 glassslipper. Hope she is better soon. I hate jabs. DD1 should be having her pre-school ones soon.

Lunches done and kitchen clean. Front room not too bad.

And at last DS2 let me cut his hair. He was looking a right scruff.
