A quick hello to all newbies. You're all very welcome.

Am struggling to light the fire in the living room. Ds is laughing gently at my efforts. Had a phone call from school to ask why he wasn't in. The letter needs to be handed in to reception, not given to the reception teacher via a circuitous route i.e. dd taking it to school and passing it to someone in ds' class to hand to teacher. All sorted now. Not sure what to do next. Keep getting nauseous waves but hope not to come down with the bug. I'm going to do some ironing I think, keeping ds company in the living room. Well I found one!!! In a dusty box in the back of the cupboard, which was full of books!!!! HTF!?? God only knows how it got there!!

Hi everyone, I haven't read the whole thread yet, I've been very poorly the past few days with my asthma. I'm on a course of steroids so feeling very weak. I'm just about managing the basics, anywho am off to read the thread, just wanted to touch base.

I find the odd socks down the back of the radiator. Usually two days after I have had a clear out and finally thrown away their partners

I have one hour for lunch and emergency FLYing, then out again, so nt read whole thread, but welcome FLYbabies

i find odd socks in the hose of my washing machine baby ones are terrible, they'r so tiny!!

I'm finding it very difficult to relax - I'm hopeless at being ill, it's such a waste of time! I know I need to rest so am trying my best...getting very now though Have to go and collect ds in a minute - hope he's nice and tired after a morning at pre-school!

Oh dear...my moving around of stuff has turned into an entire house move around

I now have to find a place for all Dd's teddies...which I flung off her top shelf to make way for the books...

So...I'm taking all the games and boxes down off the top of her wardrobe and putting them in the cupboard, which now has space after the boxes of books came out

well dd has only had one accident today and that was a poo, she just doesnt understand that the potty is for poo as well as wee but at least we'r getting somewhere!!!

well no flying done, have spent my day mostly on here, as dd wont let me go to bed (do you blame her, shes 2! !)

Been to Mother and toddler group this morning. DD's are worn out and grumpy so they are going to watch a DVD snuggled up in my bed for a while.

Hello everyone including even-newer-than-me-newbies and good afternoon

Been to a BF support group
Purchased golden syrup (not yukky barley malt extract as mistakenly bought yesterday)
Bought veg etc for tonight's dinner

Still to do..

Everything else
Tons of washing
Messy kitchen
Messy sitting room
Messy bedroom
Make biscuits
Look at bottom of wardrobe (I'm darned if I'm throwing any shoes away though - throw shoes away???)

Well suprisingly, upsatirs is now looking ok

The girls bedroom will look great when they have their matching duvet covers

Ds's room just has his toys and stack boxes in...waiting for the bed. The floor is now clear for the airbed for SIL (and her otherhalf) at the weekend

Just left to do:

Downstairs cupboard I have to put the shoe rack back in the cupboard now, as the bookshelf has gone where the shoe rack was in the hall.

Grrrrr Cupboard is grim

9nut i don't have enough shoes to throw any away!
DD's watching DVD now so i better get on.

i threw out all my old unused shoes last week, well recycled them at clarks, as none were good enough for selling! and some i only had 1 i know i lost 1 while out clubbing once! lol, dunno why i kept the other one!!!

oh oh oh dd just had a poo on the potty!!!! its sad im so excited isnt it?!?! lol

Well I am not doing as well as expected as work has cropped up but have managed to:

Make soup
Cycle for one hour
Washing x1 load
Ring my dad
Sort out office furniture to charity

Now on to do a small amount of the rest of my list! I am at home more next week so hoping by this time next week the house will be fit to be seen.

Well I swear today has gone so much better because I have been FLYing all these months! I have been able to move things round (big things too like beds and bookshelves) and It hasn't been too hard to put everything straight again

Decluttering, and organising has saved my life in soooooo many ways!

(I did find a half chewed rice crispie cake on the top of DD's wardrobe though! )

Very slowly tidying up here. Lots of mess behind the toy boxes. looks like a plant had been knocked down without me knowing!! Have to keep stopping to wipe my drippy nose.

DVD doesn't seem to be what DD's want today. Typical as i need to get on! They are now banging around upstairs. Hope they are not making to much mess.
