grouchy great news on the chair person front! I'm glad she was understanding and you can still stay involved (and good on you for realising you need to stop doing so much! )

9nut your new larder sounds great! I'd love something like that to put lots of nice jars and stuff in! Just a shame you have to go over someone elses shoddy work!!!

I feel like im being sooo lazy. Not doing anything with DD's. They are amuzing themselves together. Terrible mother!

Not really anything to keep me on MN either. Its all a bit the same as normal!

tort dont feel bad, my dd amuses herself a lot, its good for them (or thats what i tell myself ) they wont remember it, your not a bad mummy at all!!!

well been to young mums! dd is doing well with her potty training she seems to get it, which is lovely, shes so skiny without her nappy on tho!!!

Thanks Stacey. Its good that my 2 have each other to play with really. they are making a lot of mess though!!
They are drawing at the moment. Will try and do something with them before bedtime.

if they are happy playing they dont care wether you're with them or not (no offence) dd is at the moment sat on her chair in front of the tv watching charlie and the chocolate factory! to keep her occupied while i sit here! lol, shes had one on one attention at the creche today so is happy not being with me! keeps shouting at me when i ask her if she needs a wee wee, coz 'I'm watching mummy!!! sssshhhhh!' (shes 2 and a half! !)

Awwww Bless her. They do seem happy without me interfering! I just worry i don't do enough with them. They are little for such a short time and DD1 starts school in September so I won't get much time with her really. Stupid to worry about it when they seem so happy though!!

when they want you they'll come to you! they need sometime alone, helps them become well ajusted adults (am i kidding myself again?! )

well house is looking a bit better...I still have a bit to do though

Dd1 was happier when I picked her up I just couldn't stop squeezing her when she came out!! but she said she was ok (I hate the thought of her being sad and I'm not there)

Right have a heap of washing to fold and put away
Dinner to make
Hoovering to do
Kids to cuddle

dp is out buying a new car (it is cheaper than buying new tyres for the old one (When I say new I obviously mean very old, but with an mot and tax, which is better than we have now).

Have just got home from after-school club and found the house hasn't cleaned itself while I was out The beds are still unmade, the dw hasn't been emptied since it ran last night , only the frozen shopping has been unpacked and the wm and td are still full of old laundry.... sigh....
Just hope dh is home soon to do bathtime with the kids while I try to regain some control. Tomorrow is usually my big housework day but I have to tackle the office/spare-room cos we have someone coming to fit a blind in here on Weds am - there's no way he could pick his way across to the window atm
When did it all get this bad?

Better go and make kids supper....
