HELP! Ive got trapped wind. Im in pain and nothing to take to help it. What can i do???

go outside tort quickly the change in temp sometimes helps. hope your pass the trapped wind out of one end very soon

Oh dear tort ...no idea what to suggest but I once years ago had to get dh to call the doctor cos I had such severe chest pain only to be told by the doc that it was trapped wind Hope you get some relief soon

YAY I did a burp! Didn't relieve the pain for long though!
At least the heat is helping. Might go to bed soon.

Well, I'm off to bed - am sooo tired and feeling very run down, even my legs feel shaky
Hope a good night's sleep will sort me out! Dh is still fighting with the flat-packed bed atm - ds gave up helping hours ago!
