Mission - do you think Kelly has read this thread and we've all moaned about the repetative missions. It's another new one!

Ivor I was tired just reading your daily routine!

Mhamai I'm glad you've discovered the magic of the shiny sink. Mine makes me smile when I do It (but mostly I just measn I've emptied and dried it . Yesterday I really did do the whole shiny thing as I was inspired by everyone else)

MadameSleepsLessAndLess · 13/03/2007 14:32

Hi ludagrouchy shouldbe have a nice time.
stacey hope all is ok{{{hugs}}}

shouldbedoingthehousework · 13/03/2007 14:32

thanks luda - it's a friend for ds really - he hardly ever has any of his own to play - it's always the siblings of dds friends! He's sooo excited Just a shame the sun has gone in a bit

ludaloo · 13/03/2007 14:33

Actually, thats a better plan....give him a bit of time, if he isn't replying...and try not to get too upset. I'm sure he won't just leave...just like that...he might just be upset...or cross...if you have had a fall out.

yaddayah · 13/03/2007 14:34

stacey..big hugs.. sorry can't post more due out in 5 seconds and just saw your post and couldn't not say anything

stay strong

Hope it all works out ..sorry i don't know much about your personal circs but hopefully he's just being a prat ?

Be back later

ludaloo · 13/03/2007 14:35

MadameSleepsLessAndLess · 13/03/2007 14:35

hi yadd

shouldbedoingthehousework · 13/03/2007 14:35

Oh stacey sweetheart {{{hugs}}} again. It's probably something he's saying in haste and once he's calm again will be able to re-think and talk things over with you (I was at the walking out stage myself not long ago...not something I'm proud of but once I took the time to think have realised that actually leaving is the last thing I want to do )

shouldbedoingthehousework · 13/03/2007 14:37

Must go now - can see the friends walking up the street
See you guys later! x

ludaloo · 13/03/2007 14:40

see you later xxx

satinshoes · 13/03/2007 14:55

stacey - dont panic. stop calling/emailing him as he'll feel backed into a corner.

sit and play with the kiddies and try not to think about it for a bit. when you are calm think about how you would manage if he werent to come back - house, money, children etc.

later when you are not trying to juggle the children try and contact him and ask him what is behind this. is he depressed? does he/you have unresolved problems? has he done this before?

try and stay calm and assume for the moment that he doesnt mean it then you will be better euipped to get through today.

xx

yaddayah · 13/03/2007 15:43

ludaloo · 13/03/2007 17:34

shouldbedoingthehousework · 13/03/2007 17:36

Just come back to see how things are with you stacey - I'm pleased to hear your mum could help out a bit - I really hope you and your dh can sort things out x

shouldbedoingthehousework · 13/03/2007 17:39

Well, we've had a fun afternoon and even once ds's friend had gone home my two have eaten supper really nicely and are now playing together downstairs
House has stayed looking good so I can move on with some different jobs tomorrow

Have a good evening everyone

tort! where are you today? Hope you're outside enjoying the weather

Jelley · 13/03/2007 17:48

stacey so sorry you are having a bad time. I hope your mum can look after the children and you and dh can sort things out a bit this evening. I will be thinking of you....stay in touch.

GO I've read your thread and in my prechild days I can remember thinkling things similar to what she said, but I would never say that to a small child! She really shouldn't have moved in to a house with a shared yard and then expect not to be disturbed by children. Definitely go out when you want and don't let her spoil your sons enjoyment (or yours)

No more FLYing done here. We went to a birthday party next door, and took dds to dentist after school. DD2 fell off her scooter last week and broke her front tooth, so she's had it out. She was really brave (Not like her at all!)

All the kids ate my stew and asked for seconds (usually moan and only eat a tiny portion.
