Not around much today but thought I'd say a quick hello and start the thread

I did the bathroom on Friday but desperatly need a nudge to tidy the office - sadly it's currently a storage area for ds's bedroom while we paint in there so I can't see myself getting anything done in here atm! Never mind..hope to get on in here another day.

Well, we're all up early here so have done the lunches and d/washer already

Our "office" doubles as the spare room as well, dh has spread all his paperwork everywhere i sooo just want to chuck it all in recycling !!

We're doing the classic, avoiding talking to each other except on vital stuff, and talking to the kids instead, hrumph

Back with a list later, gotta do the school/nursery run

Good that kelly finally thought of a different mission although this one sucks!!

Off to preschool soon. DD2 already chucked her milk over me 5 mins after i got dressed so now have extra washing. Hope to blitz the place when dd1 is out and dd2 sleeping.

well I am doing mine with the hoover. I never get round to this so although not the greatest mission will get on with it. Bathroom needs a go anyway.

Today:

• hang out washing (hooray washing can go outside again at last!)
• kitchen clear and blitz (but all papers go in a big pile to be 'dealt' with later!!)
• tidy round children's rooms
• tesco.com
• D/W
• W/M on
• do research for job things

stacey wow! am impressed with what you have got done already!

satin know what you mean about a bit of peace. I lvoe the weekends with everyone around but I look round the place sunday evening and think I will get a chance to go at this when the house is quiet - no point tidying with everyone around!

Also have DS7 off school today feeling sick but have told him mummy is really busy with jobs - policy is not to make it too fun when they are at home 'ill'!

I have a digital radio in the kitchen so have gone throught and found something I want to listen to and will do kitchen tidy at 10am. Good as it means I don't rush and I keep to some kind of time!

Well, I have a load in the wm and a load on the line - I'm loving this nice weather Basics done (beds, school run and dw)

Off to baby and toddler group in a minute and then to supermarket and then to after-school club with dd and a friend! Probably won't get back much between the 3 so the house will have to wait till tomorrow...

oh poo - I always do that - ds aged 7 not number 7 - must learn my mumsnet shorthand.

DS7 surely that was a typo??? my god i can barely do anything with 2 dcs and mine 1 of them can't even move yet and sleeps most the day! lol

ahha i see, yes typo, phew that thought made me feel faint!

Morning everyone
Lovely sunny day here so going to get the cleaning out of the way early today so that I can enjoy it. (Only thing is ... haven't done anything yet so need to get a move on )

To do this morning :

• get showered, dressed and also dress ds2 (dh did the school run this morning)
• Empty dishwasher and reload
• Declutter kitchen surfaces
• wipe down surfaces
• wipe down kitchen table
• clean front of cooker and hob
• sweep kitchen floor
• mop kitchen floor
• downstairs loo
• tidy up living room, vacuum and dust
• return pile of things gathered on stairs to rightful places
• today's mission - looking at the stack of stuff to left of our PC this is a very timely mission!
• quick clean of main bathroom
• make beds
• quick tidy up of bedrooms and gather up laundry
• lift out tonight's dinner from freezer (made some double batches of food last week so won't have to cook tonight )

Then if still nice outside, out for a walk with ds2 before school run begins.

Hello, I tried to jump back in and get flying again a few weeks ago and failed Help! Feeling out of control again and I did so like having a shiney sink
Can't really do the blessing bit to make it all look a bit better as too much mess in the way.
At least I have hung some washing out, I just want to sit on the floor and play with ds3, he's so cute
