I now have mine on a tea tray in one of the bottom cupboards. I lift the tea tray out and set it on the counter while I work out which of the three jars of allspice I should use today. I have one recipe that uses it so this is a question I'll be asking myself for a long time (until I throw all of them away and buy a fresh one)
