Help me improve my spice storage please

I have a spice rack on the inside of the cupboard door. Fits about 40 jars, round and square.

I luffs it. About £20 from amazon.

It's been on 2 years and never moved the door!

I've cancelled my plans today to sort through a drawer of clutter and turn it into a spice drawer

We currently have this set up but DP deliberately ruffles them all up quite often because he can't stand them on standing in a line on show

I was considering alphabetising my spice drawer to make it easier to find what I'm after- is that a step too far???

I've got what Frouby has, was about £15 from Amazon. It improves my life in a small but noticable way (no more spice rage or multiple duplications!).

I have a wire rack, metal but coated in white plastic that screws on to the inside of a kitchen cupboard. Bought it about 15 years ago, put it up for the first time 2 months ago (yes, really) and it's changed my life. Fab. Apparently IKEA still sell them. Holds loads. Fab!

Oh, and chefs do say they should be kept in a cupboard (thus it's usually dark), rather than out on shelves in the kitchen. Heard it in the food programme on Radio 4 so it MUST be true!?!
