How to clean stainless steel cooker hood?

Hi,

I'm just after some hints/tips on how to clean my stainless steel cooker hood. I noticed the other day just how filthy it is but so far everything I've used to clean it just leaves it all streaky so that it still looks dirty.

Any product suggestions (the more natural the better) would be great.

Thanks in advance.

I just use hot soapy water and then buff it dry with a microfibre cloth.

Wd40
Spray on, scrunch in with a brush
Leave for 5 mins
Wipe off

I use Astonish oven and cookware cleaner and use a scourer sponge to clean my cooker and it always leaves my cooker sparkling.

A good clean with soapy water then leave to dry. Once dry, get a bit if baby oil on kitchen roll and wipe all over sparingly to remove streams. Similar effect to WD40 the pp mentioned I expect.
