How often does everyone change bed linen?

I have a bit of a thing about it. I do them weekly at the moment and when I win the lottery they'll be done every day!

Not if you forget you have stripped them and head up to bed at midnight only to find you have got to make the bed again

At least my less regular routine reduces the chances of that happening!

Sheets & pillowcases once or twice a week.
Duvet covers every 2-3 weeks.

Sheets and pillowcases laundered weekly, quilted mattress and pillow covers less often, night attire every evening before retiring.

Once a week.

Weekly in winter, every 4-5 days in summer without fail, even after two lots of major surgery in the last few years and major mobility problems. I just could not sleep in 4+ week old sheets, yuk

every other week.
one week dc's bedding the other ours.
always on a friday so I have the fresh bed for my lie in on saturday.

am meticulous about airing in between.

I'm with reddaisy and scrupulously unmeticulous about everything generally.

Weekly here too, and I have been known to change the sheets twice a week in summer when the nights are hotter

Oh, I also take our duvet's the laundrette every 6 months and vacuum the mattresses once a fortnight

My intention is fortnightly- I reckon is usually closer to monthly
