Beccarolloveragain · 10/11/2006 09:20

Today I have lots to do and thankfully some time to do it in. Now...just need the motivation!

Going to go and put my first load on and sort dishwasher.

Will come back for a kick up the bum to get the rest done

ludaloo · 10/11/2006 09:45

Morning all.
Normal morning bits done. Need to change my bed so thats the next job.
Cleaned out a cupboard this morning.
I will pass on the coffee.[bleugh!]

tortoise · 10/11/2006 10:08

She's trying! But so far failing!

singersgirl · 10/11/2006 10:15

Well, I don't care if people think it's daft. It's transformed my house. I almost feel like writing a testimonial . My cutlery drawer could do with a clean out - I noticed some empty syringes (for medicine!!) in there earlier.

HazelnutHazelnutsTree · 10/11/2006 10:49

Morning all. Feeling a bit low today. Its looking dull and yuk here. I need to get the Xmas decs up

ludaloo I will be taking it much easier today, I did not sleep well again last night b/c I ached so much. I was very silly yesterday
I am DC free at mo as Mum tree has took DD to her house to give her house the once over and let so air in/post/ etc as she has not been there for nearly 2 weeks now.

Susi Have you still got some coffee going?. I drink far to much coffee but I am always thirsty and wanting coffee. I have a mug that nearly hold a pint of coffee. I wont say how many mugs of coffee I have a day.

Tortoise, I hope you are feeling better today.

Do other just not like this thread just b/c we all talk and pick ups for those who are not well or in need of a kick up the bum/well done`s for house work that done/ tips on cleaning/ and most of all " a bit of fun in to the house work that is never ending!" What has FF got to do with FLYing ?

Well done to those who have made early starts today. I am going to do todays mission. There is not much to sort out but I can give everything a good clean in the draw I might even get the hoover out and hoover the lounge. Need to pick up the toys first though.

Back in a little bit.

BudaBeast · 10/11/2006 10:54

Hi all

Am here today but haven't done much Flying. Did usual kitchen tidy up stuff and am concentrating on doing washing/putting washing away and doing the last of my internet Xmas shopping.

Need to go to supermarket too at some stage.

I may do the cutlery drawer!

Beccarolloveragain · 10/11/2006 11:01

I have almost finished the kitchen, just need to hoover and mop then on to the living room

Bloody dejavu this housework business

ludaloo · 10/11/2006 11:02

Hi HN....sorry you are not feeling too hot

[[HUGS]]] put your feet up sweetie

Hi Buda

With the link...is cod refering to FioFio?

I'm glad this thread is here... It keeps me going!!!

IvortheEngine · 10/11/2006 11:17

Hello to all esp Hazelnut. I am glad to see that you are home.

I've spoken to my sister on the phone and had a good chat. I've walked the dog. I've put a load of washing in the machine and out on the line. I've got another load almost ready to go in. I'm now going to unload the dishwasher and strip the beds. Then I'm going to get showered and dressed tidily to go to yoga with a friend. It's my first time. What do I need to wear, does anyone know?

Tortoise - Sorry, I've not been on MN much so I don't know how you've got on this week. Still thinking of you and wishing you well.

squatchette · 10/11/2006 11:23

That post was directed at us LUD, something along lines of those flyers-ff(s) for fuck sake.
Obviously some people find housework comes naturaly so wonder why we congratulate ourselves on it.
Also some people get thier kicks winding people up and start controversial threads for the sake of it.Doesn't look like anyones interested though..shame.

tortoise · 10/11/2006 11:44

TBH Im not sure what the FF is. FFS doesn't seem to fit in the title but it is cod's typing!
Bed stripped and half made.I was hoping my duvet would fit in the WM. SDoesn't look like it will. Can't get it to a cleaners either. I was hoping to wash and dry it as it said can be tumble dried! Oh well!
HN take it easy today.
Iror I posted on yest thread what had happened at the directions hearing yesterday.Basically final hearing is 3 days in April.Due to end on the 20th! Ages and ages away.

tinshoes · 10/11/2006 11:49

tortoise - cost me £15 to get a double duvet dry cleaned last week. only reason i didnt buy a new one was cos it was really expensive originally.

OP posts:
tortoise · 10/11/2006 11:56

I think i need to look for a new one. I will just have to put the manky one back on for now!
Having a break first with a hot chocolate! Its freezing today.

tinshoes · 10/11/2006 11:58

tort - i would try wilkos or asda or tescos for cheap. or if you have a rosebys near you they had some on sale a while ago.

OP posts:
tortoise · 10/11/2006 12:00

Will have to be online i think.Do tesco do them online? I Better have a look!

BudaBeast · 10/11/2006 12:00

I thought the FF may mean Formula Feeding - you never know with cod though!

tortoise · 10/11/2006 12:03

Wilko site looks good.I didn't know they sold stuff online!

ludaloo · 10/11/2006 12:06

Just come back from the park...it was nice and sunny so thought I'd get some fresh air

dd2 is 15 months and VERY adiment to walk EVERYWHERE!!! Took us ages!!!!we only live 2 mins walk away!!

Right going to do lunch... and tidy upstairs.

p.s I can't understand why on earth this thread would "annoy" anyone!!!! If they aren't interested in it why bother to keep mentioning it??? Cod is just bored I suspect...maybe if she did some housework, it would keep her occupied

popsycal · 10/11/2006 12:08

my house is lovely
dh did one of his yearly mad splurges on his day off (wothout kids) yesterday so it is all very tidy...
i have a clothes mountain to put away though and some cleaning to do
