tortoise - im so sorry hun

i cant face the bin - i just cant - its tooooooooooooooooooooooo dirty! (I dont empty bins either lol)

trying to muster the energy to stay awake and NOT shout at the girls for the umteenth time today - for someone who has been awake since 3.45am she is really trying my patience!

TortUREoiseChamber · 09/10/2006 13:01

sw reason seems to be mainly that they think i could one day get back with xp2.Yeah as if i would go near that abusive man who has destroyed my family.
As for guardian it seems to be mainly because they are settled there(well she thinks they are!!). Both want to come home. She has spoken to them and taken their wishes into account but she feels its best for them to stay with their dad.
Oh and their dad thinks at 9 and 6 they are ok to watch little britain and the mummy returns! And he lives with his old parents, his mum does more for the ds's than he does and they think he will cope in his own place with them!! Yeah right! He doesn't have a clue how to look after kids properly!

Oops sorry for the rant!!

QueenQuootieSpookypieBee · 09/10/2006 13:02

Tort im sorry ((hugs))

Just been weaning DS and despite putting a towel down, theres mushed carrot everywhere! I did them too floopy- everytime he picked one up, it keeled over and 1/2 the time he was slapping them across his face!

QueenQuootieSpookypieBee · 09/10/2006 13:04

Tort, say you've become same-sex orientated - then you cant possibly get back with XP.

Did you get a withstraining order?

TortUREoiseChamber · 09/10/2006 13:08

lol Q!
I have a restriction order which stops him coming in the house.
I have my solicitor coming wednesday for what its worth now!

QueenQuootieSpookypieBee · 09/10/2006 13:10

well, if he cant come into the `house, how does SW think you'll get back together?? You leaning out the windoww, shouting sweet nothings?? Silly SW

Can you get it extended?

Skribble · 09/10/2006 13:10

Becca Sweet Enough as I say more stock still to go on.

TortUREoiseChamber · 09/10/2006 13:12

yes it can be extended.I don't even speak to him now!

QueenQuootieSpookypieBee · 09/10/2006 13:15

extend it as far as you can. Include any form of contact etc. That'll be a boost.

Whats happening next in the whole fiasco?

batinshoes · 09/10/2006 13:17

sorry to hear this Tortoise. Hopefully your solicitor will have something constructive to say.

I have solicitor seeing me here wednesday then pre-hearing on the 24th. Final hearing 30th,31st Oct and 1st Nov.
I can't bare the thought of sitting in a court room being told they can't come home.

QueenQuootieSpookypieBee · 09/10/2006 13:20
Sad
Bucketsofbloodydinosaurs · 09/10/2006 13:27

We got our kitchen company-ready in record time last night as I'd forgot we'd invited friends over for dinner!
Having a lazy day today as I've just cancelled DD's Monday's at playschool (5 afternoons were too much culture shock for me.) My aim today is to take the kids down the park, buy a lime and make a big batch of pancakes tonight for my Tai chicken pancake wraps. (My first mealplan, needed to do something with leftover roast chicken!) Might consider washing the bin later.
Oh and bloomin DS (20m) won't stop pooing though so I'd better stick his poobucket in the wash before I do anything else. Not poorly poo, just plentiful - seems to be one every 3hrs, his poor bum is so sore because we've just not believed there could be another poo waiting. Just kept blaming the smell on each other LOL
Sorry to hear your latest Tortoise, hope your solicitor is more help.

SusiSkelletonInTheCloset · 09/10/2006 15:58

know what you mean batin!! i really should wake ds (went to bed at 1.30) but he is rather poorly and i want him to 'sleep it out' - but then again i want him to go to bed at his normal time tonight

torti can't believe your story!!!
what on earth do you have to do more to make them see that you mean business!!!! they can't be serious
((((big hugs)))

well, i did my shopping and dd had her injection - she was so busy flirting with everyone that she completly missed it

jasnDISMemBERED · 09/10/2006 16:11

I've just re-made the bed, and thought I'd put one of our spare quilts under the sheet to make the bed softer...I got the spare spare out of the back of the airing cupboard, and it STANK!.

It's in the freshly cleaned out bin now

I have also done 15 mins in the bathroom,
washing dried and ready to be put away,
Kitchen clean,

Just got to feed the kids and walk to swimming lesson (all this exercise must be making me a bit fitter )

SusiSkelletonInTheCloset · 09/10/2006 16:48

TortUREoiseChamber · 09/10/2006 17:02
