Hello everyone :)

I'm off work today as I had a funeral to go to this morning....

DP and DS have gone food shopping and I'm going to do the ironing and unload the dishwasher. No cooking as we are eating out tonight :)

Bimberley · 07/11/2014 16:03

Think we are going to put off the fireworks. It hasn't stopped raining here all day.

Just made the curry so DD and DS are eating now. I will eat with DH later.

Off to pick up DH soon, then just to read with DD, bath them both and then bedtime!! Phew!

Hope your DS feels better soon Andsmile

mumtobetothree · 08/11/2014 00:31

Hi all, I ended up rushing to hospital yesterday (thursday) morning with a bleed, came home this evening after blood tests (low blood sugar of 2.2 and raised white cell count) an anti-D injection and 2 steroid injections to mature babies lungs. Lots of monitoring and baby's totally happy, a little small, but good, I'm under instructions to take it easy for a couple of days so no list for me, though my plan is to run a duster around the tops and maybe plonk a pile of paperwork on the sofa to work through. DH has to go out but said he'll tackle the bending/stretching/lifting jobs.

Bimberley · 08/11/2014 12:48

Hope you feel better soon Mumtobe.

Thanks
andsmile · 09/11/2014 14:21

chottie hope you are ok after funeral.

Bimberly thanks for the well wishes. Did you manage your fireworks at some point?

Mumtobe my hope you are both ok. Yes rest - forget about that paperwork - delegation and some well placed hints or shouts! Get eating and sleeping - thats what should be on your list.

All bets are off at weekends in this house. I think DH has finally got over his cold, DS seems fine and is eating ok. DD is a menace but is asleept just now so Im going to try and get on a little with some reading.

Sunday night list:

Uniform for DS
Clothes for DD (nursery)
Packed lunches x2
Wash and dry gym gear for me
Cook big dinner - think I'll try cook food for the next two days too to get ahead.

I shall not be doing much tomorrow as I really need to study and do some serious training in the AM.

frozen - oh doy ou have artwork that multiplies faster than it can be errrr appreciated before hits the recycling bin?

Ive cleared DS room ready to decorate - managed to weed out a few bits for bin and charity shop - actually lookng forward to doing it, it was looking trired a bit and not right - he is 8 and still had dinasors in primary colours/beige.

Ive tidied up kitchen after DH cooking

Have got gym stuff in wash - I'd have used them if I knew I wasnt going to be right near people as I didnt sweat much the 45 minutes I did before.

I have got DS uniform out - but it needs a freshen and an iron.

No packed lunch done but getting that room emptied is a massive plus. So Im not too fussed rushing a bit to get the last bits done in AM.

Can I join please? I'm new here but would love to join as I've decluttered a whole lot of stuff but am losing the motivation to finish the job and l need to get back to lists and accountability.

andsmile · 10/11/2014 02:03

Hello and welcome muddleupme well done on your delcuttering - Im 3 months in and feel like Ive barely started Grin

This is a new thread for plain old lists I thought but some nice chatty people turned up too! I follow a minimalist thread, debt reduction thread (helps organised spending/cooking)....

What did you do with your clutter? Im a reluctant bayer but Im up againt it now for xmas spends ...so ive been looking up how much Disney soft toys have been going for!

Well just post away your lists...

Thankyou bimberley and andsmile it's quite annoying, I've been fine, didn't even have any pains, and I'm so restless, hope I'm not nesting. So I've been so eager to get on, especially after such a good start. I've had to stop as I've been getting some pains low down, I can't work out whether she's turning or got a foot in a certain area, either way they make me stop and audibly gasp, but at least they seem related to movements and not random. More bloods were taken today, MW thursday then follow up at hospital friday, hopefully a bit of cleaning between those and the Little People.

So today I've tidied and hoovered the living room and plan on mopping and dusting, then I've got a load of clean washing to put away. I don't mean a load as in a washing machine load, but as in a heap, 'shedloads' lol, so am waiting for DH to come home and carry it up for me to save me several trips.

andsmile · 10/11/2014 16:07

mumtobe - I am pleased they are monitoring things for you. Is it like nerve pain - then probably a foot - hope thats all it is. I never had anything like that or pain or practice contractions...but had my share of scares so my thoughts are with you.

Pack that washing up and get a doorstep laundry and ironing service - if you can - pregnancy friendly not purse friendly - but it is just a thought. I hope you rest in your nest mum Smile

Well I fed, washed and dressed myself and two kids - been to gym.

No cleaning here as decorating DS room now.

Hi
Andsmile, fireworks got rained off, but my lovely Dsis took DCs out for the day saturday so they were happy!

Think I've over done it today. My back is aching now!
Managed the food shop without too many disasters. Although did drop my yoghurts which went everywhere!

Tonights list:
Make pizzas with the DC
Eat said pizzas :)
Bath DC
Read with DD
Bedtime
Tidy toys and wash dishes

Sweep kitchen and living room.

Hopefully DH will be back around 9.

Mumtobe, I have that as well today!
I put it down to baby jumping on a nerve. Keep resting up :)

Muddledupme · 10/11/2014 22:20

Thank you andsmile for the welcome. Despite feeling guilty I've decided that I can't be bothered with e bay this time so I have sent huge amounts to cash for clothes for not huge amounts of money.
Normally I charity shop stuff but got a parking ticket dumping the last lot. The rest of the stuff is piled up awaiting my friend who does car boot sales. Tomorrow:
do an online shop for non perishable christmas food,
15 mins tidying my front garden
15 mins paperwork(been putting it off)
Take stuff back to argos
