Where do you store your in-use pyjamas?

Wow this is a crazy fun sunday afternoon topic!

Ours are currently under the pillow (mine) or heap on the floor (DH and DCs). I'd like to find some alternatives. What do you do with yours?

Mine are in a heap on the floor, dps are folded on his pillow, my dd gets new ones every night because her nappy leaks!

On top of a double radiator. I forget where I've them and take out a clean set, then I do it again.

Mine - hung on hook on back of ensuite door

His - stuffed under the duvet

DD's - usually on the floor, wherever she took them of.

All the DS's in a pile scooped up from where they dumped them, mine in a similar pile but like pp i always forget where and end up with a few pairs on the go, DH, similar...

Perhaps we need a better idea too!

Mine - hung on a hook in the ensure. Dh doesn't gave pj's that he wears to bed but he often changes into pj bottoms for lounging and they are in a heap at his side of the bed.

Mine are under my pillow, dd1 usually in a heap on bedroom floor unless I've scooped them up and chucked them on the bed, and dd2/ds3 are kept on the back of the sofa, usually in a heap too haha!

Under the duvet. I only wear a nightshirt/chemise type thing (like a long strappy cotton vest) but for some reason hate the thought of it being under my pillow so u fold if and put it under the top of the duvet.

In a heap on the floor or randomly dumped on the bed.

DDs scatter Pjs randomly round their rooms and drive me nuts getting out clean ones and generating unnessesay laundry.

Heap on the floor seems to be the winner!

The main reason is to cut down on laundry - it makes it hard to keep track of what's clean and what's not when there's a giant pile on the floor. Also I'm forgetful about my own pjs already being under the pillow!

My DM used to have a system where we each had a hook in our wardrobe and she washed it all on a certain day every week. I used to think she was obsessive and now I just dream of being her!

Maybe hooks on the back of the bedroom doors. But how to get them to hang it up in the morning..?

It's one of the few places we're organised! Mine and DH's go at the the end of the bed under the duvet then in the basket after a couple of days. DS's go on their beds so we know if the pair they have are clean. If you forget where they are then just stick them in the place you get ready for bed on a night.

on organised days they are in the bathroom - sometimes in the bath so the toddlers don't move them.

The dc take theirs to the bathroom in the morning and put them in a basket so they are there after their baths. Mine and DP's go on the bed.

I don't generally wear anything to bed but when I do it's on fresh and in the wash in the morning, it's the same if we have guests and I wear PJ's every night.

In my bead scrunched up, on the floor scrunched up, or folded nicely and placed on my pillow, any of these.

in bed, next to pillow. In my dreams kids' would be somewhere on their bed but they are usually on the floor. When it gets really cold they tend to put them on the radiator.

I like PJ case idea Hugo. Also hook on back of doors but mine are draping over bath,DHs normally on floor as are DCs unless I put them on their beds.

Can't really work out why you would forget they are there if it is always the same place?

I change all pjs on same day, kids take them off and put in laundry basket. At bedtime they get out fresh and put them under their pillow.

At bedtime I look first under pillow and then remember I put them in the wash and get clean out.

On the floor next to my unmade bed. Totally hopeless.
