Where do you store your in-use pyjamas?

Wow this is a crazy fun sunday afternoon topic!

Ours are currently under the pillow (mine) or heap on the floor (DH and DCs). I'd like to find some alternatives. What do you do with yours?

I have a box next to the bed and once-worn clothes get folded and put onto there, including PJs in the morning.

Under the pillows, or somewhere else on the bed. Dressing gown is hung over the bottom bed post.
DS1 sometimes leaves his in the bathroom, but otherwise under his pillow.
DH doesn't always wear PJs but if he does they get dropped wherever he took them off Hmm
DS2 is too little to deal with his own, but his sleepsuit is kept in the bathroom where I've taken it off to do his first morning nappy.

Clean on every night so either in the laundry basket or my pajama drawer.

Kids' live either on a heap on the floor outside the bathroom or on the radiator in their room. Or, if no adult intervention at all, strewn around the house, including downstairs sometimes, so that they can't be found at bedtime.

In tidier phases (not at the moment) they lived in a special box on the floor outside the bathroom. Not sure where that box went...

They stay under the pillow for each of us, DS2 (2) is good at it now too. It just takes time to make it habit.

QuinionsRainbow · 24/09/2014 22:20

Back in the day when I wore PJs, they spent their days under the pillow.

On a hook on the door in our bathroom

OP

Have you any hobbies?

EmNetta · 27/09/2014 23:25

People used to have fabric cases to store nightwear, usually decorated with lace and displayed on the pillow, as I remember. I've recently updated this item, having dripped coffee/smudged butter on the duvet I now have a piece of fabric to use as a mini-tablecloth at breakfast-time, which has a fabric "envelope" sewn on the back to hold my nightie. This is folded or rolled up to sit neatly on the pillow during the day, thus modernising the original night-wear case. People who've seen them want one, and they're certainly more practical than piles of decorative pillows I've seen on some beds.

Lol at this modernising.

BettyMoody · 28/09/2014 06:08

Thus even

I can't wrap my head around reusing pj's. Do put already worn knickers back on as well?

BettyMoody · 28/09/2014 07:46

How tight are your pyjamas ?!!
