What one thing most improves your home?

I'm moving in with my DP and I was wondering what one thing that you have makes the biggest difference to the quality of life you have at home? I think having iPod speakers/a radio in the kitchen would be a nice thing. Anyone else?

Comfy chair
Never ending supply of tea bags (we've over 750).

Great bed/bedding and a dishwasher.
I've had a dishwasher for almost 35 years but am currently managing without one until my kitchen get sorted - miss it soooo much.
