I am really happy with it. I'd never had a new kitchen before and it was ridiculously daunting but the kitchen we had was horrible. We all live in the kitchen now

Yep Lou - the fabric is crocodillio . I wanted them for the name alone tbh. DH calls them my pimped out chairs.

Just spotted the dogs too. How cute!

They were not happy being stuck outside for ages. They tried to get some picture of the dogs in the kitchen but my dogs are cute but idiots...

Love the light fittings, the chairs and the blueness of it. A nice change from the usual kitchen colours.

I'm not sure I'd want my hob in the middle though. My friend has had this recently - is there a reason for it? I didn't want to ask her.

I am stupidly happy that you all like it. I'm still not very confident about this stuff but I'm getting better.

WowOoo - I love the hob being in the middle. I was a bit unsure when the kitchen guy suggested it but makes the whole cooking thing much more enjoyable.
Before I would be facing a splash back while I cooked and the children would be sitting behind me shouting homework questions at my back.
Ds2 used to just disappear downstairs or to his room and I wanted him to be more with us - even if doing his own thing (he has autism)
Now he gets his lap top and sits opposite me while I cook.
It's great.

Sonlypuppyfat. I'll pm you if you like. It's stupidly pricy and people are struggling so it feels a bit wanky talking about that stuff iyswim.
It included all new appliances and a dropped ceiling and underfloor heating etc etc so it really mounted up.

It's really beautiful, stunning in fact. I love it.

It must make you feel happy just to walk into it every morning. Def worth a month of no heating!
