foxinsox - the diet caffeine free stuff is delicious - can't compare it to regular cos I never drink it. Slightly concerned about the whole coke thing having been told by a friend at the weekend that she uses it to clean her stainless steel sink. Apparently it works a treat so god knows what its doing to the inside of my stomach!

foxinsocks · 31/05/2006 14:25

thanks apronstrings. Think I will hunt it down in Sainsburys and try it.

apronstrings · 31/05/2006 14:32

fox - to drink or clean the sink?!

crunchie · 31/05/2006 14:56

Hold on I have found NINE packs of butter WTF :o

You really must have the biggest fridge in the world, all that cheese, butter and 35pints of milk!!! I would n't be able to fit all that in our fridge.

I do love these threads though, WWW pre holiday one was a classic too :)

My last one was v v dull, I wish I could spend so much in one go :)

foxinsocks · 31/05/2006 15:14

to drink! (though never thought of using it to clean the sink - might try that aswell!)

Furball · 31/05/2006 15:44

Crunchie - theres 47 pints of fresh milk thats not even including the Longlife stuff!

NotAnOtter · 31/05/2006 17:23

I love this thread, as I am so nosy - it also makes my shopping bill look very cheap!

Our shopping list is very odd lots of fresh fruit, veg, beans pulses for dd and I and then dp will only eat processed junk. I make dp get his own shopping trolley so he doesn't corrupt mine- we always get asked in a puzzled manner "are you together" when we get to the checkout!

NotAnOtter · 31/05/2006 19:36

a friend told me she was surprised by carb content - is it that high?

OP posts:
ladymuck · 31/05/2006 19:37

I have a huge American fridge freezer, as wel as a drinks-only frdieg, and I would still be struggling to 35 pints of milk in, together with all the other items.

Is cheese your only protein source (other than the veggie sausages?)

Esmummy · 31/05/2006 19:40

I'm with LGJ, Betty's is a rip off. Have begged my mum to take me in the for years but she never would so managed to bribe my auntie to take me, felt so guilty afterwards when the bill came and she insisting on paying. Had no idea it was so expensive Blush

LadySherlockofLGJ · 31/05/2006 19:41
