apron - its delivered tomorrow - there were 18 beers - small wipes - i only use huggies or nature and they sell neither - lime jelly (Sacha!)

OP posts:
foxinsocks · 31/05/2006 09:47

you'll be lucky to get it all

my sains delivery yesterday had major substitutions (I guess because of bank holiday Monday and lack of truck deliveries)

I got blackberries instead of blueberries (guess they are nearly the same colour) and no mini-milks (almost the most important item on the list) - think it is cos the mini-milks are on special (or because notanotter has cleared out the local supply Wink)

I never knew there was a caffeine free coke.

I have actually learned something from your shopping list.

NotAnOtter · 31/05/2006 09:50

NotanOtter - you brave woman - think you better switch to Asda!!! I use Tesco and Asda (Sainsburys don't do our area yet but they are too blimmin expensive anyway) depending on who I can find a discount code for! Grin For our family of 5+dog I just could not bear to go back to the drive/park/shop/unpack etc time wasting saga. Asda deliver free if your order is over £75 and delivered in an afternoon slot. How long will lthat lot last you? Sorry if I've missed it - I can only manage a week at a time as my freezer isn't big enough - I have a larder/pantry thing for the dry stuff.

PS you need more wine :)

foxinsocks · 31/05/2006 11:34

does caffeine free coke still taste like coke (I wonder what they put in it instead)?

I am in awe of the food storage facilities you have in your house!

LadySherlockofLGJ · 31/05/2006 11:37

Certainly Fio, would you like some Coke with your cheese ?

We have two sorts today. Wink

Tutter · 31/05/2006 11:44

actually i'm impressed - my order coming tonight only has 40 items and is setting me back £113. that's for 3 of us and i'll need a few trips to get bits and pieces before next week's delivery. mind, i do use twatrose or whatever it's called these days Wink.

hehe i've just peeked at my list and it is so surrey housewife - houmous, buffalo mozzarella, etc Grin.

poppiesinaline · 31/05/2006 11:46

Ahhh you brave lady NotAnOtter posting your list! Makes me feel a WHOLE lot better about mine Wink

And how do you store it all? Do you live in a mansion? You are rich arent you? Do you have a cleaning lady and a gardener as well? Grin

LadySherlockofLGJ · 31/05/2006 11:48

Tutter

Mine is similar this week, sunblush tomatoes, parma ham, feta cheese, see you at JS. Grin

Twiglett · 31/05/2006 12:48

but then again notamouse Grin .. you can pleased with the savings cos if you'd bought it from ocado that list would've cost more like £400
