Do you keep them spotless and stain free? Or are they a bit greasy and look well used? How often do you clean them??????

Every time they are used. Fairy liquid, hot water and a scourer.

Cleaned every time so tend to be fairly spotless.
This tip from when I do the oven bits and pieces is to use biological washing powder and leave to soak in warm (not too hot as I think it may damage the enzymes) water for a few hours or overnight. I expect that could shift some stubborn baked on grease on oven trays.

I use foil on the trays but the actual inside of the oven could feature in it's own TV documentary - we must have iron guts here !!
I would rather move house than clean the oven !!
