Do I let landlord know or just wait for it to break completely? 
It used to be worst with heavy loads, so I've stopped washing towels in a big load on their own, and have a limit of one pair of jeans per load, but it's now doing it with anything just before it gets to the highest spin speed (then it seems ok when at the highest speed and budum-budum-budums again as it slows down until it stops).
I don't have a TD so I need to use the highest spin speed or everything is dripping when it comes out.
