Need a new bed but not sure who are "good" anymore

We are LONG overdue a new bed (by at least 15 years!). We paid what was then quite a large amount to Iron Bed Company for a Super King - in late 90s! - it has been an amazing bed but obviously has more than seen better days. I know F&B are now the IBC but wonder what other suppliers are around and who you would recommend. Looking for a king size and not even sure whether we'd go frame and mattress or divan at this stage. Any advice or recommendations for companies would be really helpful. We are not looking to take so long to replace this time - so something that would last 5-10 years would be great! As a ballpark would like to keep it under 2K this time (including mattress).

Another vote here for revival beds

Ours is Hypnos (they supplied premier inn until recently)

Ours is from M&S. It's no-turn one, though I rotate it once a month. It's wool and silk with an integral down topper and is blissfully comfortable. The dips where we sleep are supposed to happen, like with the old feather beds. It's a firm mattress on a firm divan base, was about £1500 ten years ago and I would buy from them again.

I bought a king size bed, storage divan style with big padded headboard from Wayfair about 6 years ago for a bargain price ( it was all we could afford ) and it's perfect. Literally perfect in every way, I love it. Memory foam mattress with it was cheap too.

I've used this company a few times and really liked their kit.

Definitely wouldn't recommend Dreams, treated us like we shouldn't have been in the store and relentlessly dogged us around the store until we left. Went to an independent bed shop in the end and ordered there, but last week went to Dunelm and realised we'd paid well over the odds.
Next time we will be buying from Dunelm or Argos to save money.
Although the pain isn't in getting the bed, it's getting rid of the old one!

We bought a new king size bed from Dreams a yr ago, they will have a really good sale on just now. We got almost 50% off so well under £2000 for bed mattress . Salesmen were really helpful without hard sell, encouraged us to lie on beds & try different sizes/styles as well as types of mattress.

I recently bought a super king from Beliani online, came in about a week and was under £700, it looks great and holds my giant heavy mattress very well. For mattresses J would always recommend Harrison Spinks ones . I don’t scrimp on mattresses or shoes

Mine is from oak furniture land and I love it
