What would you put in your ideal utility room?

We are hoping to convert our large garage into 2 rooms - a study at the far end and a utility room at the house end with a stud wall and door between. It is quite a large room around 6 metres x 4 metres, with a door out to the side path and a door into the house on the other side.
I know I want my washing machine and tumble dryer in there, a large Belfast sink and some cupboards etc. We have a 2nd large fridge freezer which will need to be in there.
What flooring is best? Lighting? Is it a good idea to have a radiator? What would you / have you got in yours?!

I know of someone who has tall heated cupboards in their utility room. It’s fab for likes of hanging up wet jackets and things on a rainy/snowy day. I’d love that.

-Bar
-Fridge
-Freezer
-Pool table
-Jukebox & massive speakers
-Big fuck off telly
-Couches
-A jar to put 20p pieces in to go to the laundrette as I’ve turned the utility room into party central

Extractor fan. Crucial if you are going to dry laundry in there and cannot leave a window open.

I have an electric heated towel rail, it’s brilliant for hanging damp coats and shoes on when we come in wet. Also for drying swim kit.

Pull out rails or a laundry maid for drying non tumble dry stuff.

Lots and lots of storage - for all the misc stuff like wrapping paper, first aid, shoe cleaning kit, sewing kit, craft stuff, picnic items, rarely used kitchen things, gardening kit, travel items... so much.

Spare freezer.

Stepladder (I am short and we have high up cupboards).

Oh also, we have a plug socket inside a tall cupboard so I could fit the dyson charging station in there. And a special slot left at the end of the cupboard run for our ironing board.

Great idea, we have ours on the wall in the kitchen but it's v unsightly!

We used an Ikea Pax wardrobe, one half has hangers for coats, the other half has the charger for the dyson, ironing board, and all the other cleaning junk!, plus the cat's basket for trips to the vets and even the sofa cushions for the outdoor sofa through the winter! It's awesome!

We have washer, drier, worktop with cupboards under for cleaning stuff, dehumidifier, wall mounted drying rack over the existing storage heater, plus freestanding rack. Also as we use the door as our main back door, there's a tall narrow shoe cupboard, coat rack, keyrack and seat.

We have an oven and warming drawer (only have single oven in the kitchen) and as someone else mentioned, a cupboard with plug in charging station for the Dyson.
