We're in the process of decorating our hall, stairs and landing. The hall is south facing, has light from the glass panels in the door (quite a lot of glass) and landing has no window, so any light is from bedroom doors left open and from front door at the bottom of the stairs. It's actually quite light. We're having a new carpet, a speckly brown kind of colour.
Am desperately trying to find a light grey with beige undertones. We have similar combination in our living room, but the colour is slightly too dark for the hall. So far, I quite like Egyptian Cotton from dulux, but it's maybe a little too dark or a little too beige.....
Any recommendations???? Please!!!

We’ve got both f&b skimming stone and cornforth White in north facing rooms (valspar matched). Both work well as they are warm grey/greiges without being too creamy and warm if that makes sense? They are both lovely, light and rich

Have a look at the Crown Period colours. I think the one we went for was Sunday School. I had it mixed up as trade Matt though as had a big space to do and was so much cheaper.

Thanks Minko, don’t want yellow or creamy....

I assume that issue is now sorted. We painted the whole house with valspar in November and there was no unpleasent odour. I’ve also scrubbed several marks off walls without the paint coming away...unlike the Laura Ashley and dulux we had at our old house. We’ve been more than happy
