What would you put on wall?

This is the plan for our kitchen. The island is not to scale so don't think it's going to be quite as imposing 😂😂 what would you put on the wall top left? Would you tile it or just leave it painted?

Your new way should be more practical. Just something I was taught in catering is that your sink, fridge and hob/oven should form a triangle for optimum use ability. Google kitchen work triangle for an excellent diagram!
