I ahve been trying to find a villa there they are extortionate and nearly all of them are tied in to package companies so you have to go with them

Santa Cruz is great

Old fashioned boardwalk with hilarious old fair, wooden roller coaster, great food on the beach, the town is full of goths and nutters but nicely, ie not boring fat normal americans (sorry americans)

Le Marche is the new Tuscany (allegedly) but obviously quieter, presumably cheaper. we went to a lovely sandy beach, but can't remember its name.

Trouble is CD. dh wants that but I really want a villa, so that the family are together and a gang again. With those all inclusive stuff the kids go off and dh goes off and we are all running around separate.

I know you weren't biggest fan of Lefkas but you do have that at Mousses. There is a communal pool too and bar and restaurant plus kids club if your dh wanted a bit of a rest
