Yes, booked it in January. We are going to Florida for 2 weeks mid June with my parents. This is actually quite late for us - normally booked way before Christmas.

Chandra · 03/03/2006 20:42

We booked ours in November, though, we are going on May.

brimfull · 03/03/2006 23:09

have booked a week in tuscany in a villa in august

Am seriously excited as have always wanted to go to Italy.

OldieMum · 03/03/2006 23:10

We booked our holiday house in France last September, starting in the last week of July. Then in November I found I was pregnant, with a due date of 11th July ....

So you can book your holiday TOO early.

Clary · 03/03/2006 23:20

Gosh yes [smug], booked a week in Tenby in about October. Wanted 2 weeks but the week after was already booked in the cottage we wanted (by returning people like us)!
Early Jan booked a second week on south coast so as to try somewhere different. 2 weeks' hol, how extravagant!
TBH if you are picky (we like to be in a town near the sea) and need to go in the summer hols especially if you want 3 bedrooms (or even 4 - we sometimes take my mum) you have to book way before now.
Oldiemum - ooops! is that a valid reason for cancellation? Aah, you might as well go, eh, baby'll just snooze thru it!

heavenis · 03/03/2006 23:21

Booked in November for a caravan in Great Yarmouth in August.

Smurfgirl · 04/03/2006 11:57

I am going to Zante this summer for a week in August [dying of heat exhuastion icon]

fisil · 04/03/2006 12:09

My parents have a caravan in Cromer. We've told them we'd like 2 weeks there, but that's as far as it's got.

Luckily this summer's weddings are in nice places, so we should get a nice weekend in France and one in Hastings.

GDG · 04/03/2006 12:11

Yes,

Majorca villa holiday in May half term (booked that last summer!)
Cornwall farm cottage holiday in August (booked that last August as the place is sooooo popular and books up fast!)

Will be doing lots of weekends and visits to JT in her new house in The Lakes too (complete with it's own orchard dontcha know!)

blossom2 · 04/03/2006 19:29

yes - one week in Tunisia!!
