Very aware some people are still waiting for final offers from the usual suspects of slow offers….but if your DC has made the decision, what have they gone for in the end?

My DS is firming Durham. Astar A A offer
Insuring York. AAA

He had offers from Birmingham and Exeter too, plus rejection from Oxford.l

This is English and History.

We are still waiting for UCL but suspect my ds will accept Leeds. He has unconditional offers for Natural Sciences from Leeds, Durham and Bath. He was rejected by Cambridge.

I know the comments on here are from proud parents, but I'm a 'mature student' and have just firmed Sunderland for paramedic science and out of hospital care, Teesside insurance.

After 15 years domestic violence and raising 3 kids alone, I'm feeling rather proud of myself ☺️

Well done to you @brokenbitbybit that’s absolutely fantastic! I bet your kids are incredibly proud of you too. Maybe celebrate with a new username? Something to celebrate the fantastically strong person you are?

Congratulations brokenbitbybit, my mum was in that position when she went to uni in her 30s. She had a great career after!

My nipper is likely to firm Leeds (contextual offer of three Bs). She also has offers from Bristol, Manchester and York. Decided not to wait around any more for Edinburgh.
