Hobs in halls

Eldest is about to go to Uni.

We have some older but good pots and pans to give them but they won't work on induction hobs.

Does anyone know what the chances are of their hob being induction ? Thanks

Thanks all, it's Nottingham Trent. Pictures online seem to have all sorts. DC has finally sent email asking what type is in the flat

Just to say hope your DC enjoys Nottingham Trent, my DS has just graduated from there and had the most fabulous time (& no induction hobs Grin).

Thank you. Good to hear your DS got on well

My DD's university accom is definitely induction. IIRC it was written on the website

The newer halls at NTU, Byron and Gill Street south are definitely induction Hobbs and very weirdly sized long single beds!
