Daughter accused of collusion

Daughter received end of year results and got a first in everything except one grade which was 0. She queried it and was told she was being investigated as the marking software had detected plagiarism. Fast forward a month and she has been called to a official hearing and is being accused of collusion. The evidence they have given is that another student on the course handed in identical project inc spelling mistakes! She is a first level student and hasn’t a clue what to do next as she definitely did the work but how does she prove it’s hers and she didn’t give it to someone else ( this is what is being implied)

I got accused of plagiarism. I knew I hadn't done it and the tutor told me she was being nice by not referring me to the academic council.

I went to the SU and was absolutely prepared to defend myself. I had to write some shit defending myself and it was sent to another faculty where a professor looked over my work and turnitin.

My appeal was upheld as the prof said it absolutely was not plagiarism. The same tutor accused five of us. I got a re mark, but tutors do not go against each other if they work in the same faculty. I got 2% more despite the feedback saying that if I hadn't plagiarised it was an easy first.

I ended up with 55%.

You can't actually fight and win this shit.
