We have been a little suspicious of our 16yr old son lately. Yesterday while doing the washing an awfull smell came from the tumble dryer, I thought a dead animal had crawled behind to die but today while emptying the dryer found two small plastic bag packages neatly tied inside was small bits of green, stalky stuff?? Befor we confront him we would really like to know what it is! Remember it has been washed and tumbled dry we have no idea what it is apart from it has a smell neither of us can identify! But it stinks.

could be grass, but i wouldn't jump to conclusions too quickly.

Thant is probably skunk by the sound of it. Sorry, I know that is probably not what you wanted to here, but if it['s any comfort, it's only marajuana, and most people who use it grow out of it pretty soon.

The smell isn't nice, we have tried to dry one bag out to see what it is but to be honest neither of us has any experience in this area.

Obviously once we are sure we will confront him. He has left school and is working 40 + hrs per week and earning his own money, so it is really difficult.
We both work too! and have a 20 yr old and a 3 yr old so its very tricky, obviously we will have to see. But last week he kept popping in during the evening to loan his friends dvds or play station games. I AM REALLY WORRIED !

My guess is skunk as well, generally its smoked in a spliff with tobacco.

Smoke it. IIRC It is stronger than weed.

could also be doing bings or buckets. but probably just smoking it.

As I remember though its harder to get hold of skunk and it would be who hes getting it from that would worry me.

It's just marajuana, just smellier. They smoke it.

TBH, unless he's using it regularly, it's not too much to worry about, he would be in more danger if he was drinking heavily instead, as he would be more likely to overdose on alcohol, or get into a fight.

It is purer than weed it can do a few things depending on its origin and the person smoking it and how much you have. He could giggle on it or just feel like he is melting a bit or just feel vague and dosy

What is scunk? where does it come from? Is it grown in this country?

It is a type of grass, it can come from anywhere, pakistan, afghanistan, here............

It is about 100 to 120 quid an ounce but you can get it off dealers in ten pound bags etc

i never touched anything harder either.

Last time i tried a spliff again was about 8 months ago at friends house but it didnt have the same effect, made me feel paranoid.

I think ive grown out of it.

not the stalks, you just take everything of the stalks and roll it up with tabacco and a rizla
