What can I stick up my bum tonight to keep the worms in?

Since the nasty doctor won't prescribe me anything for threadworms what would you recommend to prevent them coming out?

Was thinking gigantic dollop of Vaseline but then began to wonder of there might be something more toxic I could use.

I've heard Garlic is good, but I don't think I could cope with a whole clove up there for the entire night.

Alright then, I'll tell you...I had such a sore bottom that I got constipated and the only way i could poo was squatting (I have pelvic floor issues and am not supposed to strain), so I squatted over DS's old potty and saw the horrid things wiggling at me when i went to empty the contents down the loo, I nearly screamed and I'm not generally squeamish. that was a fun evening i can tell you.
PS Wigglybeezer is a scottish name for a hairy caterpillar, nearly appropriate.

I wore two pairs of pants! I was okay but found a whopping great worm on DS1 when I did the rounds with my torch about midnight!

So, they have all had ovex and today I saw consultant and now I have drugs! not taken yet, but also seen no more worms...

Thank heavens - I has images of you going into labour with garlic and vasaline up your bum! Would have suprised the midwife!
