My brave sweet man died this morning. I was with him at the end.

Please remember a fine man in your thoughts.

MB, have never posted on your threads (have always read them though). However,today I had to post something.

I am so sorry for your loss. You brought him to life so much on MN and your love for each other screamed out from the screen. I am so sorry you have been parted. He could not have had a better advocate than you.

MB I am so sad to read this.

I will certainly remember your fine man, husband and dad for a long time to come, and the inspirational way that you both, along with your children have faced this illness.

I'm so, so sorry, MB. I think your's is a true love story, something most of us desire but which is not granted to everyone.

Mr MB was on my mind a lot this morning and afternoon, as I rarely have internet during the day. I shall indeed remember him.

The first thread I ever opened on Mumsnet, was one about the quilt made for Mr MB by mumsnetters when he became ill.

In my thoughts I'll remember a fine man, a brave airman, a man recognised for the contribution he made. Rest peacefully Mr MB.
