Hi just wanted some advise really last week some blood when wiped nothing since then I look 2 days ago in mirror and seen my bum goes like this when strain seems to go back to normal after any advise I did ring doctors when bled and she said pile based on what I told her she only gave numbing cream and help I appreciate

Looks like you have some internal piles that are coming out when you strain. Get some Anusol suppositories from Amazon and if they don’t work you’ll need something stronger from the Gp.

You poor bugger Op, it really is piles but it's scary as hell when they bleed. My consultant prescribed me Anusol (glamorous name) and it works by constricting the blood flow to the piles or something, it really does work. Get it sorted 👌
