Horrible Photo sorry piles I think!

Hi just wanted some advise really last week some blood when wiped nothing since then I look 2 days ago in mirror and seen my bum goes like this when strain seems to go back to normal after any advise I did ring doctors when bled and she said pile based on what I told her she only gave numbing cream and help I appreciate

Sorry to offend with photos but I thought that what this was for as I have seen people post photos before similar situations but you didn’t have to look thank for the advice of the understanding ones

The doctors will just recommend OTC creams OP.

I went to a proctologist in the hospital after repeated instances of this and the impact it had on my life but they said they don't do much/anything for external piles.

It's still worth getting checked out though because you might still have some internal ones that they can sort out and it will make things a lot less painful.

It’s not really painful but itchy that all and it only really comes out like this when straining so you think piles is what I have

I think blaming the failing NHS/the govt for this is pushing it!!

You're not serious surely? 😂 Who the F is going to recognise the OP from that photograph? Also, as I and some others have said, who on earth clicks on a thread entitled 'horrible photo - piles' (if they don't want to see intimate and gross photos?)

And then goes on to click on the photo that is blurred out, (so they can SEE it properly,) and then posts on here to whinge about it?!

The title of the thread literally starts with "Horrible photo" , the OP mentions it's piles in the post and there's a sensitivity warning you have to bypass to view the image
