urgent constipation remedies please that will work quickly - my tummy is hurting and i really really need a big poo . have tried warm water, dried apricots and mixed seeds. none of them have made me poo!

i have tried that- dont want to give myself nasty piles though. just had some ww nopoint soup with loads of cabbage in it- hoping thatll do the trick!

only have decaf coffee in the house
