OP posts:
FrayedKnot · 11/02/2008 18:35

Men lose weight really easily if they can be bothered

DH, me & my Mum once had a wager - £10 for who could lose a stone first...DH won in about 2 weeks..

Usually giving up alcohol, icecream, snickers, peanuts, midnight snacks of cheese & crackers, and just eating low fat & healthily, is enough

BecauseImWorthIt · 11/02/2008 18:36

Why will she be cross?!
