Oopsy and upset

I'm feeling very sorry for myself. I popped to the shop for loo rolls and fell over coming home. I was so embarrassed, people rushed over to help me. I said ah I'm okay, only live round the corner, but my ankle feels very unstable and is so painful, my hands are all mashed up, my knee is grazed through my jeans. Bit worried about my ankle, it feels odd.

I think I just want a hand hold because it hurts so much! I'm really upset.

I managed to pull a muscle/tendon in my ankle whilst standing on one foot struggling to remove sweaty sock from other foot after a step session at the gym. Ended up having it iced and strapped by gym attendant in the changing room which wasn't embarrassing at all, oh no no.

Much sympathy to all of you who have also had an oopsy, ouchy mishap! 51 quite obviously is the age for it!

I can report that bruises are coming out all over, much arnica is being taken and I'm busy ordering cages, enclosures and massive tanks for all of my new adoptees. I don't think the dolphin will fit in my bath though, the largest tank I can but online is a 4ft one, so...🤷‍♀️

I'm back because I've had another fall in the house. My knee is so painful as it still wasn't quite right after my last one.
