so proud of dd, so brave

DD asked 'the Question' about dh last night, and so we had to tell her the truth.

She was so brave, bless her.

Life can be so shitty sometimes. I find it hard enough to cope with it, let alone doing so at 10.

i have followed your story and felt so sorry when you got the diagnosis.You have related to us with the greatest of dignity.I just wondered how he was doing now as the last i heard you were planning a holiday.

Oh how brave of her and how wise of you to be truthful.
Our parents lied to us when my Dad was diagnosed with lung cancer and the hurt when we were finally told was indescribable.

There are few things I can think of that could be worse than that. I am so sorry. I can't imagine how hard that must have been. Your family is in my thoughts
