dh back on Chemo

The last round hit him so hard they gave him 2 weeks off. They also reduced the dose to 80%. he had his dose at lunch time

Poor man had already been violently sick twice. And this is insipte of 3 different anti emetics. I don't think that he can carry on like this for much longer, even if they have said the treatment can continue

The thing is the two weeks off were almost like having the old dh back, before the cancer and before the chemo

MB, I have NOTHING useful or informed to say at all, but that I am constantly amazed and in awe of your love for each other, your humour and personality on other threads, and your courage. Life is being lived by you both, every day, every step, every breath. That makes you two inspirational people, in my book. Respect, MB.

What a Bastard indeed. Thinking of you all at this crappy time. My DH had to give up on chemo 7 months ago after just 2 infusions and tablets. It is so unbelievably debilitating and heart wrenching to see loved ones go through it.
