Not heard of that one. Dd2 had Post Viral fatigue syndrome after a bout of illnesses when she was 2. It did last a while tbh.

Cod - poor boy, do hope he's on the mend soon. Mostly I work with people who have inflammatory arthritis long term but would imagine advice similar to that I would give someone having a flare up - make sure he takes it easy, even if he feels better tomorrow make sure he does no more than he did today IYSWIM or he's likely to set himself back - after effects from over exertion when having a flare up come a day or even two days later. Slowly increase activity day to day until he's feeling a lot better to try and avoid relapses.

hth and he doesn't pass on the offending virus.

ye si wonder if htats ht deal

Yep dd2 was the same with what she had. Let her do too much and it knocked her back to the beginning and she was completely knackered again for a couple of days.

Dd's main prob was that she kept getting colds and they took ages to go because she was low in the first place.

Poor codling. HOpe he feels better soon. Ds had an appalling flu virus a few weeks ago - was the illest he has ever been. Stayed in bed for days and days. Slept about 18 hours in the 24 at least. Lots of nasty stuff about.
