Peter has had to go back to harefield, much to his disappointment. his pain is unbearable again. this isnt right. he is meant to keep exercising so build up strength, but he is in so much pain he barely steps out of the house these days. i dont know the last time he came out with us, except for docs/hospital appointments

nothing practical thank you, we are very well used to this now. dd1+2 are in school/nursery full-time so all taken care off.

i do need some new music recommendations for the car though.
