More common than you would think and I hope you get the support you need

There are probably not a huge number of people who have experience with this on mn and being a lovely sunday (for many) on a bank holiday weekend, lots will be out for the day. Give it time. In the mean time, have you set yourself up a small reward system for doing something that takes courage and determination?
