gigs Wow that is some plumbing and engineering, if Plan A goes ahead sounds like a piss up is definitely in order not that I need an excuse It sounds formidable but if you break it down day to day, as we all know to do, you will soon get through it and then get on with life with only mini gigs to keep you awake. I know what you mean about getting tired and emotional when Plan B gets raised, sometimes you just want it to be simple and to get on with it.
Anyway I will happily take on the challenge of the long and difficult journey from here to a central location for everyone, it will be tough but if it has to be done
Shall we start planning
just read a "promotional feature" in Time Out for a promotional pop up "Gin Palace" in the East End. Blimey we could take our babies and leave them on the steps drugged up with Laudanum. Get some bloke called Hogarth to take the pictures for Facebook, the laid out cold, blouse hanging open, tits , or in my case tit, hanging out look would be interesting. This could be us upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d0/William_Hogarth_-_Gin_Lane.jpg What a bizarre idea
Speaking of dodgyness in the East End had bizarre bit of serendipity last night, friend is in Bangkok, so lots of ping pong jokes on FB, then settle down to read homely worthy "Call the Midwife" only for her to give account of same in 50s East End
Bet that doesn't make it into before the watershed Sunday night drama......
BTW can we call it "that Jenkins tart" as I too am quite fond of the name Katherine and indeed am still recovering from the "welcome Julie and Katherine" post on Facebook, as immediately went hot and cold thinking big Copt had stalked me in, and I am emotionally scarred from several hijackings of my Facebook page, transforming it into a site of mortifying embarrassment. Thankfully it was Pen! Mind it is bound to happen on FB as she is home... the sign is when her Godmother says "is that you again goddaughter xxxx"
Sparkle I have taken Co Enzyme q10 since I was diagnosed as there was a high profile study that showed it was protective against recurrence of BC , though it has to be taken in quite high does 200mg which cost £37 for 30
Now there is a study saying American women who have high levels of Coenzyme Q10 also have a higher rate of recurrence but no proven correlation but like Soya may be best to avoid in case (Soya was also positively recommended when I was treated). As it has been part of my insurance for 11+ years I am not going to drop it now but it is worth a bit of thinking about. Of course now a study says there is absolutely no proof that Soya is a factor in recurrence so since that has also served me well I am glad it is now guilt free.
On Supplements anyone but gigs and I take Milk thistle, I used to buy huge jars of it for £10 but now they have decided it works, have licensed it and now it is in designer packaging and getting on for the cost of Co enzyme, I am furious
