broken foot

i slipped and landed on my r foot. Went to a&e and its broken.
i cant drive with the cast on and DD is only 12! my parents live over 50 miles away.
i am on crutches and in lots of pain! i go to see the consultant at fracture clinic on monday.
teaches me a lesson for being so dam clumsy i cant help being clumsy!!!

They have sent me to a clinic where they have physios who work for them, they only send people after being on crutches for over a month ( pot & moonboot) they said the exercises will be painful but in the long run will help me get back to full mobility.

They are looking into finding someone who will be able to help me get used to driving again.
