Don't worry about them thinking you're neurotic ... take her back, particularly as you've been unable to get the abs into her.

puff · 17/11/2005 19:02

Yorkie, I'd go back - I'm sure A&E staff are used to this happening - you're not being neurotic - you know your child and if your instinct is to go back then do it.

misdee · 17/11/2005 19:02

Whizzz · 17/11/2005 19:02

You could do but I would take her - 19m is only little - how far away are you from the hospital?

LucyJones · 17/11/2005 19:05

hope she feels better soon YG

FairyMum · 17/11/2005 19:05

I'd take her back too. All parents are neurotic, but this doesn't sound neurotic to me at all. I'd go back!

LIZS · 17/11/2005 19:06

Ring them and tell them you are coming back. Sounds very nasty, poor little girl

janeybops · 17/11/2005 19:06

oh yes, take her back - I've taken ds back just after being released as he's got worse. they may well have to do IV antibiotics if you can't get them down orally. don't worry, they will NOT think you're neurotic.

Just to update you quickly- the last I heard YG had phoned the hospital who wanted her to take her dd2 back in which she was going to do. haven't heard anything since so I'm assuming that they're still at the hospital.

Hope you're all ok tonight YG xx

Aero · 17/11/2005 22:24

Glad you've gone back YG - hope dd2 makes a speedy recovery.
