We are normally a healthy eating thread, but we've all pogged a bit of late so, we need to kick ass after Easter soon!

Dubs is still as lush as always, even though she ate 2 square foot of Victoria Sponget earlier all to her fecking self, didn't share any of it.

SAF is about to have her house ripped apart so I'm expecting the Littlest Hobo, the cat, her and her DS at any minute to check into Chez Mouse.

TC has been busy at work and doing important work stuff that's way over my head and being a star here as always.

Fups is still Fups, moany ol' arse that she is. Of course she's still saving the world and kicking ass at work. I don't think she's died of anything this week? I may be wrong. She could have some form of plague, it's been a while since she milked that one.

And me? Well................ my life is currently going far faster than I can keep up, I'm on morphine for my pain, the house is a shit hole, DD is ace and has helped out loads this week and it's only Wednesday, DH is stressed and could die of a heart attack at any moment and Nemo is just, well, Nemo.

Other than that, no-one has lost any weight, we are all still eating crap a far bit and you were missed loads you gorgeous lady you.

DD has had her steroids and ABS. Chocolate mousse hides medicine beautifully, shame I can't hide her inhaler in it!

I am meant to be cleaning today, but may just start the laundry and have a bit of a lazy one after the madness of the last couple of days.

Dubs - I know that feeling of sleeping for a month. I'd pay bloody good money to be put in an medically enduced sleep for a week just to rest my bones.

DH is stripping, (just for you that one Dubs ) and the builder is due around lunchtime.

Wofly is at his first training session tonight so I'm hoping that will cure his urge to be a kangaroo! Boingy dogs are hilarious!

Nemo had another shite night. I can't wait until he has his own bed to fidgit in all night.

It's going to be a scorcher here again today. Hot cross buns, toasted, with lashings a scraping of butter plus a huge mug of tea. YUM!

DH has burnt the hot cross buns FJS! He actually set them alight. Do you think he has a bit too much going around his head?

Just came to say hi and let you know my scan was yesterday and everything looked fabulous. :) Wriggly little thing in there, 21 weeks today, OH felt 'him' (we don't know) kicking on Sunday, which was fab.

It's too hot to eat or exercise so that kind of cancels each other out . Have got some cheese spread to have on crumpets to up my calcium intake. I have learnt my lesson - no more of this cheese as mainlining saturated fat millarkey, I will now be following the way of the mouse!

Would one of you lovely helpful ladies work out the calories in my chili con carne please? I am not on the Lord Food.

300g Quorn mince
1 tin light choices baked beans
small tin kidney beans
tin of tomatoes
Large handful of finely shredded spinach
Handful of porridge oats
2 sticks celery
2 Tbsp tom puree
Various herbs and spices.

Divided by six, that did at least 6 portions, nearer 8. Served with small baked potato no butter.

Please!

Ild guesstimate 1200 calories tops for the whole thing. obv excluding rice.

Well, you'd think the Jeffing world was ending tomorrow! It's like Christmas out there but worse! We got stuck in Sainsbury's car park for 15 mins just trying to get out.
