This Easter I shall mostly be eating cheese and chocolate, at the same time.

We are normally a healthy eating thread, but we've all pogged a bit of late so, we need to kick ass after Easter soon!

sorry it was a pants night mousey. do you have any sort of sleep clinic for kids he could get reffered to? think you are absolutely right to want to look into meds/ support with sleep, if I could turn back the clock I wouldn't have soldiered on too proud to seek help the 18 months DS regularly wasn't going to bed till 2 am!

DH is making lunch, something nice healthyt and veggie with olive oil, have spent an hour gardening so garden looks merely a bit tatty rather than dreadful. getting new washing machine delivered this aft so will prob take s out to cinema if there are buses running!

yes, agree with saf about mentioning to everyone - all these people are indivdual parts of the system, and you want to hit on one who really cares enough to try and provide some tangible support

I feel so bloody drained. Like I could just run away and come back when everything is fixed, when I'm fixed too.
